We have a broad range of water-based mold release agents. Our core products are listed below.
XR Series
A semi-permanent release for silicone and fluorosilicone elastomers. Utilizing our latest technology, it produces an extremely durable release film on the mold surface giving multiple releases while reducing mold fouling.
M series
This semi-permanent release agent line adheres strongly to the mold surface, eliminating flow lines and transfer. Excellent durability for multiple releases. For release of Viton®, natural rubber, rubber-to-metal bonding, EPDM, EPM, polyisoprene, neoprene, Hypalon, butyl rubber, Vamac®, SBR, nitrile rubber, polyurethane, highly filled clay and peroxide cured elastomers.
A Series
Our most versatile semi-permanent release agent line. It releases the widest variety of compounds of our release agent lines and provides a very durable coating with good slip for deep draws and complex configurations. For release of Viton®, natural rubber, EPDM, EPM, polyisoprene, neoprene, Hypalon, butyl rubber, SBR, nitrile rubber, polyurethane, highly filled clay and peroxide cured elastomers.
C SERIES
Our concentrated release agent line designed to be diluted for economical use. It provides an excellent combination of durability and lubricity for highly abrasive compounds or where good slip is needed. For release of Viton®, EPDM, EPM, neoprene, butyl rubber, Vamac®, SBR, nitrile, polyurethane, and highly filled clay and peroxide cured elastomers. It is also an excellent release for thermosets and plastics. It can be diluted with hard or soft water (DI water is not necessary).
